Bella Mallow has been dancing, singing backup vocals, and choreographing for Amanda V’s Material Girl since October of 2020. A Colorado native, she graduated with a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Louisiana State University in May of 2020. She now works professionally as a singer, dancer, and actress, primarily in the Denver Metro Area.
She started her dance training at the age of four in Westminster, Colorado at the late Kit Andrée Dance and Performing Arts Center, later enrolling in Denver School of the Arts as a dance major. She continued her education into her adulthood, receiving a scholarship position at Dance Arts Center in San Carlos, California and being the co-captain of her award-winning high school dance team in Woodside, California. She was a member of the Legacy Dance Troupe in Baton Rouge, Louisiana before beginning her professional dance career in Denver. Since moving back to the Denver Metro Area, she has held an apprentice position at Front Range Ballet Company and taught dance classes at Airborne Dance and Gymnastics in Longmont.
As a professional singer-actor, she has been hired by Opéra Louisiane, Opera Fort Collins, Boulder Opera, and the Colorado Railroad Museum. She is a staff musician for Central Presbyterian Church and Mother of God Catholic Church in Denver. Prior to receiving her master’s degree, she was also an employed actor at The 13th Gate Haunted House in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, which remains one of the top-rated haunted attractions in the nation. She worked at The 13th Gate from 2015-2019, and was voted Best Actress during her 2016 season. She prides herself on being a well-rounded and versatile performer, and continues to work on expanding her young performance career. When she is not performing with Amanda V’s Material Girl, she is singing backup and co-lead vocals for the associated act, Princess and the Evolution.
